1. PG Accommodations:
– Cancellations made 30 days or more before move-in date: Full refund (excluding booking deposit)
– Cancellations made 15-29 days before move-in date: 50% refund (excluding booking deposit)
– Cancellations made 14 days or less before move-in date: No refund
– No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and will not be refunded
2. Hotel Bookings:
– Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
– Cancellations made 24-47 hours before check-in: 50% refund
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
– No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking
3. Corporate Event Bookings:
– Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event: Full refund
– Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund
4. Modifications:
– Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
– Shortening of stay after check-in may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the above policy
5. Force Majeure:
– In case of cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, etc.), we will offer credit for future bookings or a full refund at our discretion.
