 Blue Moon Group Check-In and Check-Out Policy

 1. Check-In Policy

 1.1 PG Accommodations

– Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards

– Early check-in: Subject to availability. Please contact the property in advance.

– Required documents: Valid government-issued ID (Passport, Driver’s License, Aadhaar Card, etc.)

– Security deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.

 1.2 Hotel

– Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM

– Early check-in: Available from 12:00 PM, subject to room availability and additional charges.

– Required documents: Valid government-issued ID and credit card for incidentals

– Advance reservations: Guaranteed with a valid credit card

 2. Check-Out Policy

 2.1 PG Accommodations

– Check-out time: 11:00 AM

– Late check-out: Up to 2:00 PM may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

– Room inspection: A staff member will inspect the room before finalizing check-out.

– Key return: All access cards/keys must be returned at check-out.

 2.2 Hotel

– Standard check-out time: 12:00 PM (Noon)

– Late check-out: 

  – Until 2:00 PM: 25% of the room rate

  – Until 6:00 PM: 50% of the room rate

  – After 6:00 PM: Full day charge

– Express check-out: Available upon request

 3. General Policies

– Age requirement: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in.

– Third-party bookings: The guest named on the reservation must be present at check-in.

– Group bookings: Special check-in/out procedures may apply for group reservations.

 4. Payment

– Full payment is due at check-in for PG accommodations.

– For hotel stays, a pre-authorization on the credit card for room charges and incidentals will be taken at check-in.

– We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash (for PG accommodations only).

 5. Luggage Storage

– Complimentary luggage storage is available for early arrivals and late departures, subject to availability.

 6. Pet Policy

– PG Accommodations: No pets allowed.

– Hotel: Pet-friendly rooms may be available in select properties. Additional charges and restrictions apply.

 7. Smoking Policy

– All our properties are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.

 8. Cancellation

– Please refer to our separate Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

 9. Special Requests

– Special requests (e.g., extra beds, specific room locations) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 10. Modifications

– Blue Moon Group reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be communicated to guests prior to their stay.
