Refund Policy

1. Booking Deposits:

   – For PG accommodations: Booking deposits are non-refundable.

   – For hotel bookings: Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the check-in date.

2. Full Payment Refunds:

   – PG accommodations: 

     – If cancellation is made 30 days or more before move-in date: 100% refund (excluding booking deposit)

     – If cancellation is made 15-29 days before move-in date: 50% refund (excluding booking deposit)

     – If cancellation is made 14 days or less before move-in date: No refund

   – Hotel bookings:

     – If cancellation is made 24 hours or more before check-in: 100% refund

     – If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund

3. Early Termination of PG Agreement:

   – If a resident chooses to leave before the end of their agreement term, a 30-day notice is required.

   – Refund will be prorated based on the remaining days, minus a 20% early termination fee.

4. Service Issues:

   – In case of major service disruptions or failure to provide promised amenities, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Processing of Refunds:

   – All approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

   – Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the booking.
